S&S Properties seeks driven Sales Executives to spearhead the sale of premium residential properties in Bangalore. You will be instrumental in identifying prospects, building lasting client relationships, conducting impactful property presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring seamless transactions. Success hinges on deep market knowledge, exceeding sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the buyer journey. This role offers a competitive package with significant earning potential through commissions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively source new clients via cold calling, networking events, referrals, social media, and digital lead platforms.
  2. Client Advisory & Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client requirements, budget, and preferences. Provide expert guidance on residential options.
  3. Property Showcasing & Promotion: Conduct engaging site visits, open houses, and virtual tours. Effectively present property features, benefits, and market value.
  4. Sales Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate purchase prices, terms, and conditions to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Employ advanced closing techniques.
  5. Transaction Management: Prepare, review, and manage all sales documentation (LOIs, Agreements, Checklists) ensuring legal compliance and smooth closure.
  6. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Continuously monitor Bangalore residential market trends, competitor pricing/promotions, and regulatory changes. Provide regular sales activity & performance reports to management.
  7. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
  8. Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and digital strategies for lead generation.
  9. Post-Sale Relationship Management: Provide outstanding post-sale support, address concerns promptly, and foster long-term relationships for referrals/repeat business.

Requirements

Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
Preferred (Not Mandatory but Advantageous):
Certification in Real Estate Sales (e.g., CREDAI, NAR).
Additional courses in Sales Techniques, Negotiation, or Real Estate Law.
